In meetings with your organization before our training projects, we start the process by identifying the competencies participants are expected to develop . Following a target-audience-specific competency measurement conducted with various inventories, digital development journeys are assigned.

You can also upload your corporate documentation to our platform, where individually trackable e-learning programs are viewed through the system. To measure whether what participants learn turns into behavior, we follow the programs closely with person-based simulation exercises.

After the second measurement at the end of the project, individual development areas are reported to your organization. If you wish, from the ready-made videos in our Learnardo Digital Training Library you can assign trainings to your participants, or create custom-shot video sets and packages for your organization.
