Ahu Gümüş, graduated from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations of the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University, she started her career in 1999 and completed the certificate of Human Resources Management at Istanbul Technical University.
After working as a Human Resources and Training Consultant in the consultancy sector between 1999 and 2004, she started working at Dışbank in 2004;she managed the recruitment processes of each level of staff and the Human Resources practices of the employees, and took an active role as the Human Resources Manager of Dışbank – Fortisbank-integration activities. Subsequently, she worked as Human Resources Manager at Uzel Group and pursued her career in the Consulting sector. From 2011 to 2016, she was the Project Coordinator at Civitas Human Resources; she managed RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Projects and all position based selection and placement projects. Ms.Gümüş has been working as a freelance in Recruitment and Training consultancy since 2016. She combines Human Resources, Training expertise with life experience and provides training and consultancy services in PDR International on Human Resources and Communication Skills issues.
