After graduating from Yeditepe University, Department of Business Administration in English with an honorary award, she worked first in the advertising industry and then as sales manager at FED Training and Consultancy.
Ayşegül joined PDR Group in 2009 as Sales Manager and during her tenure, she won the “Emerging Young Talent of the Year” awards in 2010 and the “Initiative of the Year” awards in 2011 with the Hyundai Sales Academy Project and was appointed as Assistant General Manager.
During her tenure as the General Manager of TMI Turkey, represented by PDR Group, in 2016, with R-Touch Attitude, which was realized with Renault Türkiye, she received the “Business Developer of the Year” award with her “Excellent Customer Satisfaction” project.
Ayşegül Drahşan, who supports institutions in training and consultancy processes also continues her individual coaching activities, has been the General Manager of PDR International since 2015 and the General Coordinator of PDR Group since October 2019, taking responsibility for developing synergy among PDR Group companies.
Ayşegül, married, mother of one child, is the author of the book “We Need an Education” and co-author of the book SHIFT!
