PDR Group Consultant
Biltor holds his BSc. degree from the Naval Academy (1988, Electronics) and his Master’s degree from Boğaziçi University, Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering (1995, Defence Technologies).
He undertook managerial responsibilities and led projects as a management consultant in various disciplines, such as business development/sales, technology, product management/development, regulations in leading international and domestic companies with different characteristics (Turkcell, D-Smart, IBM, Doruk, etc.). His experience expands from the management of multi-cultural teams to running businesses with customers and business partners across USA, Japan, Europe and the Middle East. Currently, he is a management consultant and start-up mentor focused in institutionalisation, sustainable growth and international expansion for his clients.
Beyond common managerial practices, he enriched his focus to human with Coaching and Mentoring approaches throughout his carrier: Individual & Team Coaching, and NLP trainings at Erickson Coaching International (with Dr. Zerrin Başer); Mentoring training at Clutterbuck Associates (with Lloyd Denton). He continues to work with institutions and individuals as an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor.
As a performance development and training consultant in PDR International he provides services to corporate clients (e.g. Trainings on leadership competency development, strategical thinking, sales/business development,).
Biltor is also an Agile Coach (Professional Scrum Master-I by scrum.org) and members of ICF Global and TEGEP (Turkish Training & Development Platform).
