Graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Chemistry and BÜYEM Human Resources Management program.
She started her career in the pharmaceutical sector and worked as Sales Specialist, Training & Development Manager and Human Resources Manager at GlaxoSmithKline İlaç for 17 years. Afterwards, she worked as Human Resources and Training Manager at Pronet and Mas İnterkom. Since 2015, she has decided to continue her career as a trainer and worked as a Trainer and Corporate Development Consultant at Dale Carnegie Academy.
Exiting the comfort zone for conversion to change the behavior of education and believes that should be supported by coaching, to change that she took coaching from Adler Central Europe from Turkey Professional Coaching, she took Relationship Coaching from Yeditepe University and the MEB approved Basic Acting and Drama training.
