PDR Group Consultant Levent Tirit has spent his entire 25-year professional career in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has worked as a manager in both field and central positions for leading international pharmaceutical companies.

Starting his career as a Sales Representative at Merck Sharp Dohme Pharmaceuticals, Levent Tirit subsequently held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, including Regional Manager, Sales Manager, Training Manager, and Sales Force Effectiveness Manager. He also worked at Allergan Pharmaceuticals as a Field Promotion Programs Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

Throughout his career, he has been motivated by a commitment to continuous learning, development, and change. He has participated in programs focusing on sales, communication, leadership, performance, career development, and managerial skills. In addition to various certification programs, he completed the “Adler Central Europe Coach Training Faculty” as a Professional Coach.

Levent Tirit managed the selection and placement processes for field teams in the companies he worked for, providing numerous professional competence training sessions to sales representatives and managers. He conducted coaching sessions for field managers and undertook team remodeling efforts in response to changing competition and market conditions. He worked on the implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness systems and carried out numerous projects and training initiatives.

He led various projects, including the adaptation and management of performance evaluation and career development systems for field sales managers and representatives. Drawing on his 25 years of experience, he continues his career as a “PDR Group Education Consultant and Coach,” aiming to share his accumulated knowledge and experience with companies and employees seeking development and change, embarking on this transformation journey together.
