Mürvet Gülseven graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Chemical Engineering.
She started her career as a Health Club(SPA) Manager in Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul and continued as a Key Account Sales Engineer at Unilever, Mineral Oils Regional Sales Manager at Total Oil Türkiye, and Sales and Marketing Director at Obaçay.
She is an experienced professional (21 years – over 60,000 participants) in training & consultancy for enhancing team performance. Throughout her career, she has successfully undertaken numerous projects, specializing particularly in creating team and organizational culture and defining the visions, missions, and values of corporations.
Ms. Gülseven mostly works on areas such as the following;
- Corporate culture projects’ design and implementation,
- Understanding and adopting values and competencies,
- Designing games for experiential learning trainings,
- Developing managerial and leadership skills,
- Designing and implementing innovation culture development programs tailored to enhance creativity.
- Team building and team performance development
Mürvet Gülseven is the author of the book “Games in Adult Training” and an ICF accredited Professional Coach and Team Coach.
