Beyza Cebeci graduated from Istanbul University, Department of International Relations. She completed her master’s degree at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration. She wrote a thesis on brand strategies, specializing in marketing. It is the first academic thesis written on Ingredient Branding in Turkey and is referenced in marketing books.
She has 3 years of portfolio management experience in the Banking Sector (Ziraat Bank) and 2 years of corporate sales management experience in the Consumer Electronics Sector (Vestel). Afterwards, she was in the founding team of Vestel Retail Academy and specialized in academy and LMS management, training needs analysis, training program and content design, training, measuring and evaluating training efficiency for 4 years. After working as a senior trainer at Vestel, she took on the role of training manager at Sony Turkey for 4 years. The educational programs she designed, have been awarded in many domestic and international learning and development evaluation programs such as Tegep, Brandon Hall and Stevie Awards.
She mainly provides trainings and seminars in the fields of Sales, Communication and Persuasion, Problem Solving and Decision Making Techniques, Storytelling, and Training of Trainers. Beyza Cebeci, who has a professional coaching certificate from the International Coaching Academy, has been teaching for 9 years with her corporate experience and consultancy services in different sectors.
