In 2008, completed the MBA program in Maltepe University AND continued professional experience, which started in 1999, in the IT and Telecom sectors with different efforts in the field of Sales and Marketing in different institutions.
After 2009, continued career in the field of Human Resources, where received education and dreamed of. After working as a Human Resources and Recruitment Consultant at Metropol Consultancy, performed the task of managing the Human Resources Department at Senkron Yazılım and Radore Veri Merkezi
Served as the Human Resources Director at Felece Teknoloji, a.ş. which operates in the field of SAP Consulting. And took on responsibility for more than 20 years in the IT sector.
Günay, who takes part in all functions of Human Resources, as a constructor or an executor, supports individuals and institutions in coaching and consultancy after completing ICF approved coaching trainings from Adler Central Europe.
Günay at present provides training and consultancy on process design and organizational development in the field of Human Resources with in PDR International
