Dilek Tigrel, who started her career in 2007, graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations, and completed her education in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Economics.
After working in the procurement, reporting and administrative divisions in the technology solutions industry, she moved to the training and consulting industry.
She worked in the field of corporate trainings, training operations, customer relations, sales – marketing and human resources solutions for many years in the sector, and continued her career as a Training Operations Manager at Indus Consulting. She carried out the project that enabled her institution to receive the “Great Place To Work” award.
She lived in Azerbaijan and Russia for a while, attended many personal development trainings there, and also completed Sign Language Training.
She joined the PDR GROUP team in 2023 as the Sales Manager responsible for Corporate Trainings. In the institution, sales and project design of corporate trainings, special training and consultancy solution services for the institution, Design of Management – Leadership programs, establishment of an academy for Sales and Marketing teams, presentation of in-house trainer training programs, sales of in-house coaching and coaching programs, she continues to work on meeting the demands and organizing the consultant organization.
Married and mother of 1 cat, Tigrel receives Astrology trainings and continues her corporate career together with her personal development journey.
