Aim:

This training aims to increase people’s awareness so that they can think positively about the attitudes and behaviors they choose in their perspective on life. It aims to support them in being aware of their own emotions, values ​​and beliefs at every moment of life, accepting themselves holistically, thinking positively, looking at the positive side of events, and regaining their internal motivation when faced with negative consequences.
