PDR Group Consultant
PDR Group Consultant Ebru Demir Koçak, who completed her education in Food Technology at Ege University, Human Resources Management at Medipol University, and Human Resources Management at Boğaziçi University’s BÜYEM program, began her career in the food industry, specifically in quality management systems. Throughout her 24-year corporate career, she has worked in Quality and Human Resources fields.
She started her career in 1999 with a role in establishing and auditing Quality Management Systems, and from 2006 onwards, she continued her career in the field of Human Resources. She held positions as Human Resources Director in various service sector companies, including Izgi Logistics, Erdem Kıramer & Makas Hair Salons, ISS Facility Management Services, and Asset Global Logistics. She has been involved in various functions of Human Resources, such as setting up and managing assessment centers (AC), recruitment, career management, training, organizational development, compensation, and talent management.
With her extensive experience in the service sector and human resources, in 2021, she specialized in Employee Experience by completing the Jacob Morgan Employee Experience Crash Course. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 HR Leaders by Ekonomist Magazine.
Believing in the immense value of a person’s self-journey, she embarked on a coaching journey by completing the PDR ICMA ICF accredited Professional Coaching program in 2021. She continues to volunteer in various NGOs, providing coaching and mentorship, especially in the areas of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment. She has also been a member of the Board of Consultants at the Demirkent Research and Education Foundation since 2019 and has been a freelance columnist for Dünya Newspaper since 2022.
Within PDR International, she provides training and consultancy services in areas such as Human Resources Processes, Employee Experience, Communication, Presentation, and Coaching.
