Ece is an ICF – PCC level credentialed Executive & Career Coach, also holding an Organizational Psychology MA degree who has previously worked for 16 years in financial services industry in global and local insurance and banking corporations in sales, risk assessment, HR and training & development roles. Since 2010, she’s been delivering soft skills training and consultancy for corporate clients. Some of the international corporate clients she served include Caterpillar, Bosch, BNP Paribas Leasing, Cargill, Socar, Santa Farma, TEI, Ceva Logistics, Abdi Ibrahim, Shell Eco-Marathon. Her coaching journey has been going on since 2018 with corporate and individual clients. Some common priorities among her clients have been increasing self confidence, interpersonal communication skills, feedback skills, self discipline, motivation, self compassion, goal setting and planning, decision making, so far. Her clients consist of new / experienced managers and non-manager employees in corporations, independent professionals, start-up owners and university students. She is mainly enthusiastic about happiness at work and life. This destination entails perceptions about self and others, as well as skill building. Her coaching style is compassionate and reliant upon building high trust which allows fruitful space for exploration.
