After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Eda Yavaş Demir worked as a Customer Relations Manager in the advertising and automotive sectors.
She continued her career in the sales department of AEGON Emeklilik ve Hayat company. She was responsible for the sales targets and training of the teams in the organization where she last worked as a Unit Manager.
Eda joined PDR Group as a Business Development Specialist in 2017. Her duties include renewing the training contents, researching new learning models, managing the LMS portal, training consultants’ orientation and development, and monitoring ISO processes.
Eda, who studied at the Actor Studio at Müjdat Gezen Art Center, is also closely interested in literature. In 2014, she became one of the authors of the book Silk Handkerchief published by Can Publishing with the group of authors she worked with. Her books, “The Dictionary of Never Lived Relationships” and “Never”, were published by Karakarga Publishing House.
She has TS ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 Certificates. Eda, who is married and has a child, continues to work as the Training and Development Manager at PDR Group and takes responsibility in almost every step of the projects.
