Gökhan Yalçınkaya graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics. He started to work as a Customer Representative in Turkcell Call Centre in 2006. Having worked as a manager in different Call Centres for 5 years, Gökhan made improvements in quality and competence processes as well as operational flows during his management period.
Gökhan, who joined PDR Group as a Quality Specialist in 2012, continued his duty as Project and Reporting Director under the same roof. As a guide trainer, he had the opportunity to work directly with our participants in the Presentation Techniques and Training of the Trainer seminars.
Gökhan, who received the “Teamship Award” among PDR Group employees in 2016-2018 and 2019, continues his duty as IT and Reporting Manager in the field of information processing in which he is competent since 2019.Gökhan is married and a father of one child
