Program Purpose:

The aim is to develop blue-collar employees to have an impact on the company’s culture of doing business. The roadmap is “being a role model + inspiring + developing culture.” Thus, the team will become leaders not only as learners but also as “teachers.” For this purpose, a 2-day highly interactive program has been designed, consisting of sections on Awareness, Conscious Communication, Team and Change, and Leadership, shared in a highly interactive environment.
