She graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Communication Sciences, Department of Educational Communication and Planning. Nergis Alpargu, who interned in the Human Resources and Training departments of institutions such as Toprak Seramik and Şişecam during her student years, completed her graduation thesis on Continuous Improvement – Kaizen at Ford Otosan.
After starting her career as a Human Resources and Training Specialist at Meteksan System, a subsidiary of Bilkent Holding, she worked in companies with multiple locations operating in the fields of technology and call centers in Ankara, Izmir, Eskişehir and Istanbul, where she worked in Human Resources Recruitment, Performance Management, Organizational Development and she worked in the fields of Education Development. Since 2018, she has been providing coaching and consultancy services to corporate and companies in the process of institutionalization.

* She completed Mindfulness Coaching training and has over 700 hours of coaching experience.

She shares her studies on personality types (temperament) and their reflection on work in the field of Human Resources with institutions through Enneagram Coaching and Enneagram trainings.
In addition to skills and competencies mentioned above, she provides trainings on topics such as Competency-Based Interview Techniques, Intrinsic Motivation, Presentation Techniques, Training of the Trainer, Reverse Mentoring, and Effective Communication.
