She graduated from Bosphorus University Middle Level Management and Anadolu University Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She started her career as a Student Affairs Officer in the founding team of Hisar Education Foundation Kemerköy Schools. Then, as a start-up, Koç Culture, Art and Promotion Inc. and Pera Museum and Istanbul Research Institute affiliated to the Suna & İnan Kıraç Foundation Culture and Art Management. Warner Bros. She worked as a Marketing Manager in the field of Retail at Consumer Products Türkiye Office. She took her first step into the corporate training sector in 2010 as a Sales and Customer Relations Manager at Sinerji Eğitim Yönetim ve Danışmanlık She joined PDR Group in 2013. She works as Sales Manager in charge of Corporate Trainings at PDR Group. Analysing and projecting corporate training needs, preparing digital content of corporate trainings and transferring them to platforms, designing Leadership programs for managers at different levels, establishing an academy for Sales and Marketing teams, constructing in-house trainer training programs, designing training programs on the axis of in-house coaching and coaching, continues her project-based studies on end-to-end competency development specific to the institution.
Within the scope of the “Project Awards” held by PDR Group every year, Atasun Optik – “Developing Store Managers and Training Potential Store Managers” project – “Special Jury Award for 2016”, was awarded to Enerya Enerji A.Ş. – “Creating and Disseminating Corporate Culture of Headquarters and Field Teams” project – “2017 Branded Corporate Culture”, HD Holding – “Restaurant Manager Training and Development Program and Know-How Era” project – “2018 Branded Corporate Culture”, Enerya Energy Inc. – Received the “2020 Performance Development Category” awards with the “Leader Training and Developing Coaching Skills” project – the “Best Project of the Year 2019”, and the “Programs for Life” project realized in a hybrid model with the “Allianz Academy”.
She is in the 2nd Term Graduates of PDR Coaching and Mentoring Academy. Currently, she carries out one-to-one coaching activities with her clients, who are university students and young professionals of business life. Continuing her education and development projects with national and international companies operating in different sectors, Nesligül is married and has one daughter.
