Starting his career with as Corporate Portfolio Director, Marketing Director in Yapi Kredi Bank and continued as the latest as Branch Manager Burgan Bank of Turkey. With his banking career, she taken coaching training in 2010 and worked as a manager, coach, trainer and mentor. She finished professional coaching training at ADLER Central Europe of Turkey and team coaching training at Sola Unitas Coaching Academy. She provides coaching to individuals and companies. Aylanc is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and provides training and consultancy services mainly on Time Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills, Feedback, Communication and Emotional Intelligence Leadership in PDR International.
